Force USA has the innovative equipment you need to become the hero of your fitness journey. Its space-saving all-in-one Trainers, power racks, barbells, weight benches, , and leg machines, are designed to help you develop strength and feel your best!
Force USA is a trusted brand of home strength training gym equipment. The brand is known for being at the forefront of innovation and is favored by serious gymgoers. Force USA provides commercial-grade all-in-one strength training systems, for example, the G20 is full of features and comes with an impressive 29 attachments.
Our Force USA trainer review will examine different models of all-in-one training G-Series including the G20, G12, G6, and G6, and cover who might benefit from getting it, and make a comparison so you can decide which one is best suited for you.
A Force USA functional trainer is a versatile piece of fitness equipment usually made with multiple cable pulleys, a smith machine, and various attachments. Force USA functional trainers are great for all types of resistance training from strength, hypertrophy, endurance, speed, and power. Most directive movements such as flys, curls, and push downs.
There is usually an additional pull-up bar on most functional trainers that enables you to practice calisthenics movements such as pull-ups, chin-ups, straight bar dips, and muscle-ups. The Force USA functional trainer offers multiple options in body motion that mimic sports-specific movements to enhance performance.
In contrast to other home gym machines, they usually come with two weight stacks, or a dual-stack, to allow more freedom to train as naturally as possible. Another bonus to having a dual-weight stack is that two people can work out on the machine simultaneously, therefore you will not only save money on gym memberships, but you can also have a workout buddy.
According to the NHS UK, working out can reduce the risk of major illnesses, for example, coronary heart disease, stroke, type 2 diabetes, and cancer, and lower your risk of early death by up to 30%. Given this, having a functional trainer will help prevent these deadly health issues.
The Force USA G-series vary from model to model, but all the models have most if not all of the following exercise stations:

Pros 👍
Cons 👎
Let’s begin with the Force USA G20, a beast of an all-in-one trainer! The G20 offers over 400 exercises and is like having up to 14 different strength training systems in a single power rack. It comes with a 2:1 cable pulley ratio on the functional trainer and includes the most attachments, stack weights, workout stations, and vast exercise varieties in a single unit.
Whether you’re looking to maximize your workout space or take your training to the next level, the Force USA G20 Pro is your ultimate home gym. However, not all of the attachments are commercial grade, some hardware quality is sacrificed such as nuts and bolts.

Cons 👎
The Force USA G12 provides over 300 exercises in 1 space-saving system. The G12 is the ultimate pin and plate-loaded strength trainer home gym. It combines a power rack, functional; trainer, smith machine, dip station, chin-up station, core trainer, suspension trainer, leg press, and low row in a single power rack.
You can keep your training organized, tidy, and safe with the built-in storage for an Olympic and Standard barbell, weight plates, and cable attachments. Overall, the pulley and smith machine is smooth, but be aware that the weight of the 1:1 cable pulley ratio will feel much heavier than most other machines you’d use.
However, some attachments are of lower quality than others and the assembly directions leave a lot to be desired. There aren’t good descriptions or labeling of some smaller parts that you can confuse with others.

Cons 👎
The Force USA G6 is a versatile, complete, and spacing-saving strength training machine that will take your training to another level. You can experience a variety of workout options normally found in an entire commercial gym in a unit of a single power rack.
The pin-loaded heap’s weights are connected to the functional trainer and cable crossover stations from the rear structure. Pin loading offers a fast, easy, and safe solution to selecting different weight levels in seconds. It comes with a 2 x 220 lb weight stack.
Great overall machine, but reviews suggest that the leg press plate is a little awkward to use, and the two cables could run a lot smoother. Again what we see is that Force USA’s G-series are difficult to assemble and the instructions are horrible. Also, if you have long arms and plan to do any type of press with the smith machines, we wouldn’t recommend it because it’s narrow, and they should be a few inches wider.

Cons 👎
The Force USA G3 is an extensible all-in-one strength trainer that combines up to eleventh strength training stations into a single power rack footprint. The G3 unit comes with a power rack foundation, along with a smith machine, functional trainer, chin-up bar, and a landmine core trainer.
The space-saving design will help you eliminate the clutter in your garage gym so you can conveniently perform all exercises in one area. No more jumping from one machine to the next to perform your bench presses, squats, and free weight exercises. Designed for comfortable knurling and it is ideal for powerlifting as it can lift to 2,000 lbs of weight.
However, purchasing the attachments such as leg press, lat pull-down, jammer arms, and dip bars, would cost thousands of dollars more. It requires 10 by 10 feet of floor space, though this is still much less than traditional gym machines, it still requires tall ceilings if a pull-up bar is installed. Another drawback is that it can be a bit wobbly when you are using the pull-up bars
The G-20 is the best all-in-one gym, ideal for powerlifters and strength-focused gym goers seeking a premium option with heavy dual 289 lbs weight stacks and a solid frame. This beast is a commercial-grade machine that includes 30 attachments allowing you to perform over 200 exercises with the G20 from day one.
After weighing up the price and features, the Force USA G6 would be our pick within the Force USA G-series that will suit most people’s needs. It has pin and plate-loaded weights for the functional trainer and cable crossover stations from the rear structure. The accessories and attachments are almost similar across the four models. Lastly, its slightly smaller frame is ideal for a setting with limited space, making it a great addition to a home or garage gym.
